[cisco-voip] ECO from a IP PHONE 7941

1.       Are these inside and outside callers, or one or the other?

2.       Is it only when you are called, or is it several users?

"eco" I'm getting complaints from people calling me while they taking
with me they hear an eco.

Where should I start looking did you know  IP cisco 7941
