[cisco-voip] Cisco 7911 SIP Firmware Update for Asterisk

Hi Wes,
Your .cnf.xml file worked!!! It did the trick ... I also had to reset
the phones holding down # when turning on and then 123456789*0# after
which it booted into firmware upgrade and the magic began.
Now it comes up saying unprovisioned, which I am assuming is because I
never changed any configs in your file to match the asterisk box we are
trying to connect to. I will try that and let you know if I run into any
trouble.
Thanks again for your help.
Kindest regards,
Cuan

Looks like your .cnf.xml file may contain incorrect information. Here
is a valid .cnf.xml as generated by my lab CM server for a 3911:

Problem is that it loads the SEPxxx.cnf.xml file and then stops

A wild guess: try putting the line
<loadInformation>SIP11.8-3-4SR1S</loadInformation>
into SEP001F9EAD149D.cnf.xml (right after versionStamp).
I remember a while ago having done this for a 7971G.
