[cisco-voip] Cisco MCU and CallManager/SCCP

Does anyone have a Cisco MCU (3515) with 5.5 running as a conference bridge
on Communication Manager 5 or 6?
 
I've got the thing configured, it tftp's its configuration file then does
nothing.
 
Troubleshooting guides for the MCU do not talk about SCCP.
 
Anyone have any suggestions?
