[cisco-voip] Compatibility issues with the HUAWEI ISDN Switches

I can confirm, that we had some unexpected problems when facing a
Huawei SoftX3000 switch, also through E1 PRI.
Although none of these issues appeared while connecting to other
telephony providers, I can't be 100% sure that the problems were due
to the Huawei softswitch, as I have no hard evidence:
- fax is basically non-working. After a month of debugging the
provider admitted, that the fax isn't really working in their network.
(Not as surprising if one considers, that the traffic from the
softswitch is forwarded on IP)
- we had very intermittent transfer problems, where the call would
disconnect while being transferred. The provider blamed our config,
telling that we shouldn't send ISUP signalling on the ISDN, while
transferring. It never happened with other providers.
I will definitely check for the callerID issue and get back to you if
it's repeated. Otherwise it could just be a configuration problem on
the Huawei.

Zoltan
