[cisco-voip] CCM5 on VMware ESX3.5

Hi all,
    i have a problem when installing CCM 5.0.1 on VMware ESX server 3.5 it gives me this message when configutring the password for the database acccess "security password validation to failed" and when i press "OK" it gives me the page to re-write the password , i tried many many combinations of letters and numbers in the password to adhere to the password policiy restrictions but with no use ,sorry for bad english and appreciate your help
