[cisco-voip] Tandberg SIP Registartion Issue

Hi All,
I'm looking to get a Tandberg 1700 MXP register to our CUCM 6.1(2)
installation. Every time the device attempt to make a call, I get an
error in my traces about the DN not being configured properly:

Under the CUCM device screen the device status is showing as "rejected."
I have the config screen from the Tandberg below. Anyone know where the
config issue is? I'm sure it's on my side by I'm not sure which setting
is wrong.
