Hi,

Out of the box how does one look up in the directory when it is filled.
Looking  for Steve if you go to directory services "dir" and press the 7 key
it takes you to the #7 if you press 7 again it places a p at the end of the
persons name. What are we missing?

Is there any lookup on the directory.
