[cisco-voip] Slow LDAP causing issues

How about browsing the CCMAdmin global directory?
I've not seen too many issues with DCD being slow. Most of the time
slow directory searches are due to referral issues when you are using
AD for ldap.
If it is DCD look for errors or warnings in the app log, high cpu,
etc on the pub that may be causing other things to be slow as well.

Hi All,
Using CCM 4.1 with DC Directory we are finding that there is a delay
in accessing the LDAP either via IPCC scripting or with EM profiles,
this can be up to 30 seconds.
I have raised a TAC case but just wandering if anyone on the forums
has seen anything before?
The diagnosis was down to a common step in scripts, the Get User Info
step, when this is hit its taking between 5 and 30 seconds to return
back to the script, I've also noticed that there is a large delay
when trying to login to EM.
Any Idea's?
