[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 7 Hardware

Does Unity Connection 7 have to be installed on one of the specific hardware
platforms listed at the link below?  I realize the list shows the shipping
hardware versions, but I want to take it for a test-run.  Is VMWare the only
option for testing UC7 if I do not have one of the servers listed?
