[cisco-voip] Forwarding To extension in Unity

In Unity you would have to create a special call handler first that would forward to that extension and then reference that call handler in the call processing tree. It was a pain, but was useful if you had to change the extension of the target. You would only have to make the change once.

In Unity Connection 7, there is a "one-key dialing" feature that allows you to transfer to any extension (or off net DN) at a key press. Sounds good in theory, but what if you have a bunch of these interspersed across your dialing tree and have to change the extension. I doubt Unity Connection has a report that lists all the one-key dialing target. And if it does, it still means some work.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Forwarding To extension in Unity

Is it possible to forward to a phone number that is not associated with a voicemail box in Unity or Unity Connection? I have not been able to find a way to do this in Unity Connection 2, maybe Unity Connection 7? This would seem like a standard Phone Tree feature. Thanks for the help in advance.
