[cisco-voip] 7941G does not register

Dears,
I have cisco 7941 ip phone but it don’t register on Call manager. The Call manager ver. 4.2 and when the ip phone booting I found in status message “CTL file not found or install’
Please advanced about it, are the problem from IP Phones or what??
