[cisco-voip] CME Conferencing feature

I have a site where conferencing stopped working. This is not related to
conference phones. People cannot add another party to their phone by
using the conf feature. The display indicated that there are no channels
available. This was a working feature and recently stopped working. The
system has been stable and on the same IOS for over a year now. No
changes have been made to the current configuration other then adding 50
or so phones 6 mos ago. The current IOS is 12.4.15.T1 on the 3845 this
is a CME application running 2.3 and cisco is indicating that this IOS
deferred now and that we need this one 12.4.15T8 with the new train to
fix the problem. I tend to think that the tac people are taking the easy
way out. Anyone have any thoughts or has anyone seen similar problems.
