What is the device pool for your moh server? Are you using a media
resource group? Do you have the MRG in a media resource group list and
have that applied to the device pool?

Hi,

I have a IPT setup comprising of a cisco call manager 5.1 and using a
cisco 2821 router as an h323 gateway to the PSTN over an E1 line.
Everything works well save for Music on hold! I have Tone on hold
instead both internal and external calls. Could someone please point
me any directions or  some tutorial/guides that can help me overcome
this problem?

I have tried whatever I can but no success. I tried to attach some
screen shots, hope the moderator will approve my message but I have IP
Voice Media streaming app running, set up MOH Server and MOH audio
source to use the default sample sound.
