Go under System, Regions. Go into the Default region (I'm assuming it's the only one you have). Select g711 as the codec and I'll bet it works.

Hi James,

Thanks for your kind assistance! It was surely the Codec, I went to
"Supported MOH Codecs" and selected both 711 and g729 and it worked.

But it has only worked for internal calls. When I call the PSTN, the
person (the mobile phone am calling or if a mobile phone calls me)
there's now total silence. Not even the tone on hold. What could be
the problem? I'm using a cisco 2821 router as an H323 gateway.
Attached screen shot.

When I check "Media Termination Point Required" and Save, the
Transfer/conference buttons don't work. Could there also be a problem
with my Media Termination Point?

Thanks,
Wilson
