[cisco-voip] Music On Hold Problem

Hi James,

I've made the adjustments, no smile yet. the voice class codec section
now looks like below.

voice class codec 1
 codec preference 1 g711ulaw
 codec preference 2 g729r8
!
voice class codec 200
 codec preference 1 g711ulaw
 codec preference 2 g711alaw
!
voice class codec 1100
 codec preference 1 g711ulaw
---------------

But besides, am not using the voice class. I had to remove it for the
'codec g711ulaw' command to work. I also tried using it by making my
dial-peer look like below, no success yet.

---
dial-peer voice 1100 voip
 destination-pattern 11..
 voice-class codec 1100
 session target ipv4:192.168.1.101
 no vad
--
