Is your GW more than 2 IP hops away from your CM? You have 2 hops max setup in the music_on_hold_server.gif screen.

Hi,

I have a IPT setup comprising of a cisco call manager 5.1 and using a cisco 2821 router as an h323 gateway to the PSTN over an E1 line.
Everything works well save for Music on hold! I have Tone on hold instead both internal and external calls. Could someone please point me any directions or  some tutorial/guides that can help me overcome this problem?

I have tried whatever I can but no success.  Attached are some of the screen shots on what I think is important for MOH to work.
