[cisco-voip] Screen pops

Anyone done a screen pop with UCCx?

I'm being tasked with taking Caller ID / Calling Name and pre-populating it
into a secondary application (ACT and / or Track-it)

Has anyone done this before?  Does not have to be the same 3rd party apps.

Since I've never done it I need to find out about how much time it should
take to complete.  I know you have to setup a call flow and get that
info...... but the passing it to another app is where I have no knowledge.
