When you have the whole MMoH business working, have a look on it in the
following days and weeks. In my installation, that resembles yours,
MMoH stops working after some days. I'm still investigating, but so far
what's happening is that the multicast streaming simply vanishes. Neither
phones nor the gateway see any more incoming packets in the relevant
groups, even though it's just a single broadcast domain. Streaming
restarts as soon as I reset the MOH server in CCM.

That's with 5.1.3.5000-3. There seems to be something generally weird
with the media streaming service. Some days ago, I got a report that
now conferencing is broken. Conferences could be established at will,
but as soon as there were more than two members (so it had to be mixed),
there was total silence. We tested this for a while when suddenly the
phones went into SRST mode. Looking on the CCM console, the box had
crashed with a kernel Oops in the ipvms component...

Let's see whether 7.0 will fix this. It's running 2.6 at least. I don't
understand why mixing requires a kernel module, though. There's realtime
scheduling in Linux for ages...

HTH,
Andre.
