[cisco-voip] CCMUser is 6.1.2 error when users login

Might not be the case i nyour situation, but I've seen that error when
people bookmark a page AFTER they've authenticated and try to access the
page later from that bookmark. Also when linking to a page that requires
authentication from another page.
