[cisco-voip] CCMUser is 6.1.2 error when users login

For the sake of Google the customer said it was resolved by;

 

"Yesterday I fixed the Favorites and this morning added him to the
CCMUser."  

 

Thanks to everyone who helped with a idea!  I'm convinced this mailing
list can solve any problem in half the time it takes Cisco TAC (I know
TAC has some sharp people but I never get routed to them, I always get
the outsourced new guy)  -jason

Looks like the error you get when you login to CCMUser without first
logging out of CCMAdmin.
