[cisco-voip] Removing media resources after upgrading from 4 to 6.

Hi,

Is there a way of Deleteing things like annunicators? Upgraded from 4 (where
they werent present) and went to version 6 using DMA and now they are there,
IP Voice Media Stream has been disabled and also the run flag has been set
to false.

Trying to delete it, but there is no delete button!

Is there something i am missing?
