I highly recommend a Bogen TAM-B with an amplifier [sold seperately]. Worked great for simple CME installations.

Jeff,
I've deployed in a couple of locations using Valcom units running off an
FXO port. In both cases the paging infrastructure was already in place
- we were migrating to an IP solution. The only problem we ever had was
that the Valcom has to be wired directly to the FXO port; it cannot go
through a 66 block.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CME and over-head paging
Greetings All!
I'm looking for some opinions on what vendor & product would be a good
fit to meet the requirements of over-head paging in a CME deployment
scenario.
If the price isn't too ridiculous it would be beneficial for the
solution to be IP based.
Does anyone have any suggestions or real life experience in regards to
this?
Thanks!!!!
