1. Create a Voice Mail Profile with a Voicemail Box Mask that prepends the digits required.

2. Apply the Voice Mail Profile to the respective directory numbers

3. Change the Mailbox ID's to reflect the required digits

Subject: [cisco-voip] FW: Envelope on Unity Voicemail

Situation: We have 4 digit dialing on our campuses so programming on the UCM DN Configuration is 4 digits.

Problem: We now have a total of 3 NXX's. When someone from within our organization leaves a voicemail message only the 4 digits are identified on the envelope of the message. If someone is retrieving their voicemail messages from home and wants to return a phone call the challenge is guessing at the NXX.

Question: Is there a work around so all 7 if not 10 digits are included in the message envelope?
