For Call Manager 4, you're looking at a pretty dead application come May
next year. No more development on the app and only support as is for 2
more years. That was my first bullet point to get our upgrade approved.

I've been asked to create a bullet point type list showing the benefits
of upgrading our Call Mgr phone system. We currently run CM 4.02a,
Unity 4.x, ICM 6 (IPCC Enterprise), and Cisco Queue Mgr (IVR). Is there
a place on CCO to get a list of all the new features in each of these
products from your current versions?
