Cisco marketing should re-number all products to 2.0, so executives will think it’s all Web 2.0 buzz technology. Personally changing the names of products every two years just isn’t enough…I guess they couldn’t think of another term for router…

Good point noob squared. I tried calling tac for support on unity connections and they told me they didn't have a product called Unity Connections. I had to call back four times before I got an engineer that corrected me on the product name and opened a ticket for me.
of course, I'm joking. But on a more serious note, I do need to stop referring to UCM as Call Manager otherwise I'm going to get my hand slapped one of these days.

You can start by calling it by the right name. Unity Connection, not Unity Connections.

I think I heard about some lateral moving from Unity to Unity connections. anyone know what the plan is?
If I'm UM Unity will they just give me the Licensing / software for Unity Connections? (w/ IMAP of course ;-)
