[cisco-voip] Moving Unity Voicemail 4.x users to Unity Unified Messaging 4.x (Exchange 2003)

A customer has subscribers on both Unity Voicemail Only 4.x and Unity
Unified Messaging 4.x (Exchange 2003) servers in production.  They want
to move the remaining Unity Voicemail 4.x subscribers to Unity Unified
Messaging 4.x.  In short everyone is moving to Unified Messaging.

 

Should I use Migrate Subscriber Data (www.ciscounitytools.com) or
Subscriber Information Dump or would COBRAS move them from Voicemail
Only to Unified Messaging.
