[cisco-voip] Partial Sevices in CAD status bar

Hi，all

I logged on the CAD，and found the status bar show“Partial Sevices”

double-click， the recording service is inactive in the windows

 

I have checked the Cisco Desktop Recording & Statistics Service in CRS
Administration Web page，it’s fine

 

Does anybody has an idea for this?

 

PS：My platform are CallManager 5.0.4，UCCX 4.5(2)SR02_Build014
