[cisco-voip] [RTMT-ALERT-StandAloneCluster] SyslogSeverityMatchFound

We just upgraded our system from 4.1(3) to 6.1(2) and have been getting the following error message constantly.  Anyone know what may be causing this (on both the publisher and subscriber)?  Thanks.
