Something to consider, however, is putting phones on smartnet rather than replacing them. It costs about 10 dollars a year to put a phone on smartnet. 

Remember, I said, consider, I didn't say it was the only option ;) 

If these are net new phones you need, then, yeah, you'll need to buy more. ;)

Yeah i've bought a bunch of cisco referb. They're referb'd from Cisco so you can get SMARTnet on them. I think the CH1 stuff is the license. if you have pre-5.0 CCM then you need to purchase a license with it. If you have 5.0 or higher you use DLUs.
