[cisco-voip] UNITY Message "I did not recognize that as a valid entry"

Hi,

I have a Unity problem. There are 2 campuses (A & B), the Unity server in
site A is connecting PSTN so outside users can dial the company main number
into Unity and then transfer to the extensions located in site A. But they
have problem to transfer to extensions in site B. Unity reply the message "I
did not recognize that as a valid entry". Is there any configuration missing
in auto-attendant or DTMF related? Any comments will be very grateful.
