[cisco-voip] Refurbed Cisco Phones

We had bought refurbed 7960's and had a 25% failure rate with the hook switches....had to send 300 phones back...

Got an email from one company, good pricing, 1 year warranty.
What's with the models?  Do I need CH1 models to work with CCM??
