[cisco-voip] Refurbed Cisco Phones

They had common hookswitch problems, when phone is ringing, user would pickup handset and it would not stop ringing until the hookswitch was pressed 1 or 2 times.  The hookswitch part inside is a tiny rubber conductive contact and probably gets oxidized.

Wow that's pretty crazy.  What was wrong with the hook switches?


I think i've only had to send back 3 phones maybe.  I've bought about 200 referb phones 7961s and 7911s mostly.

Got an email from one company, good pricing, 1 year warranty.
What's with the models?  Do I need CH1 models to work with CCM??
