[cisco-voip] UCCX7 E-Mail

Does anybody have experience with new E-Mail feature under UCCX7 (premium only) ?

I have a test installation and tried to create a CSQ of Type E-Mail. .

Admin Guide says  for "Contact Service Queue Type" (Drop-down menu):
Select one of the following options:
•Voice (default)—Agents in this CSQ can handle inbound voice calls.
•Email—Agents in this CSQ can handle inbound emails.

But it's not possible because in the Drop-down Box has only "Voice" and no "Email" option.

Did I maybe forget any settings elsewhere?
