The reverse proxy is theoretically a good thing, but you need someone with reverse proxy experience to troubleshoot things. I just tried getting proxy access to the unity connection PCA stuff but it requires some additional work and testing, and again, someone with experience. 

The media master bar will more than likely not work though. 99.9% sure.

Check with Lelio.... i think they are using some form of reverse Proxy to there Voice applications. 

Might be worth checking.
