I'd like to know if Call manager can accept calls from 
sip:<name>@<CCM>.domain? sip:<ext>@<CCM>.domain works fine I've spoken to 
a few people regarding this and most suggest that its not possible. 

I'm running 5.1.x is this possible with later versions of CCM maybe in 
7.x? or to do this do I have to get my SBC to translate the dialled 
name/number?

Can anyone help?
