Hi,
When you say the user never receives the voicemail.. do you just mean they
dont get the MWI notification?
Im assuming if they dialled into the Exchange UM the message should be
there?
What software are you using to do the MWI from Exchange?
Are you saying without Extension Mobility, exchange MWI works correctly?
