Hello Faiz,

 

Is this a call going from an IP phone to another IP phone, or from an IP
phone to an outside phone?

Dear support,

I have configured H323 protocol in my router and I can make a call, but
if the phone is off or busy I cannot make a call, the error is call
disconnected the remote party is unreachable.  Any one can help me.
