Yup.

Windows xp has a tftp client built in.

Just use the tftp file management window to figure out the directory structure, and use the tftp client to pull down the file.

I've been able to do it for the 7940 and 7960 phones. I have figured out which file is used for the 7941+ and 7961+ phones yet.

The file structure on 6 is similar to 4 as far as the tftp directory goes. Of course getting the files is different...
