[cisco-voip] Call Pickup and Speed Dials

Hi 

Does anyone know if you can use special characters within speed dials to 
be able to define a call or group pickup number?  i.e when a call comes in 
instead of pressing an Hkey (which can get crowded) I wanted to assign a 
speed dial, but the number assigned to the speed dial, you cant actually 
dial...  or am i missing something :-)
