[cisco-voip] IPCCX Call Id/Call Log

We have a very small contact center for our benefits office. When a
call comes in the number displayed on the phone is the CTI Port, not the
actual phone number. Of course the Desktop Agent will show the correct
number, but that information does not appear to get saved. Is there
some kind of call log that shows incoming calls in IPCCX, or is there
some way to get the number to display on the phone so that the call will
get logged on the phone? Thanks.
By the way we are using CCM 4.1.3 with IPCCX 3.5.
