[cisco-voip] Unity 4.2 DCOM error...

Getting this error on bootup and Unity will not start:

DCOM Got error "The service did not respond to the start or control
request in a timely fashion" attempting to start the service
AvCsGateway with arguments "-Service" in order to run the server.

Then some hex dump...

You cannot start Unity manually, it is a vmail only box and Exchange is up...


Any ideas?
