I really find kingston.com a really good resource for memory configurations.
According to the Kingston Cisco 2600 (see snippit below) page, you're looking for a 32 MB chip since the 16MB is non-removable and standard.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Standard Memory:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
16 MB (Non-removable) Flash memory
32 MB (Removable) DRAM or
64 MB (Removable) DRAM or
128 MB (Removable) DRAM
Maximum Memory: 48 MB Flash memory
256 MB DRAM
Expansion:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
2 Sockets for DRAM
1 Socket(s) for Flash memory
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Subject: [cisco-voip] Flash MEM for 2651xm
I have a question on flash memory for 2651xm. I have seen conflicting reports on this so I am asking the group. I know there is only one slot and the MAX Memory is 48MB. My question is- is there really 16MB built in? I am trying to upgrade to 48MB and need to know if I need to find a 48MB chip or a 32MB chip.
Thanks!
Jason
