[cisco-voip] How to change a 7971 from SCCP to SIP??

I have a 7971 and I recently signed up for Broadvoice hosted VoIP service,
to use at home. I chose the "Bring Your Own Device" Option". I knew SCCP
obviously would not work with their service and I knew I would have to go to
SIP. Without a CCM, it seems almost impossible for me to change my phone
from SCCP to SIP. I am using Pumpkin for my local TFTP server. I manually
programmed the phone to look for the IP of my TFTP. But, the phone is still
looking for files that aren't part of the SIP loads I downloaded from
Cisco. I know this based on the Pumpkin logs. Every time the phones boots.
It looks for files that I'm not hosting on the TFTP server. Anyone tried
this before without a CCM?

Thanks!
Jason
