Ok now that I have CUPS working I am trying to evaluate it's usefulness and
if we should integrate it with OCS and use communicator as the client. What
I am looking for is integration into office, specificly outlook and then
basic IM and presense information. I think CUPC can give me the presense
information but the outlook functions are not working as expected. I have
the outlook plugin installed and I can click the user who sent me an e-mail
but when I go to try to call them it does not but in their phone. It seems I
have to add them as a contact and fill in that information manually even
though it is already filled out in active directory. Does this seem right?
