are the doors key card locks? if so, contact the key card vendor for there
offerings. we ended up with one of those panel type phones on the outside.
it has a list of numbers to call. once they call the number (its attached
via an ATA) the IP phone is answered and they can press the 9 and the door
is opened remotely. works really slick.
