[cisco-voip] CUPC 1.2 - Calling using Outlook Contacts Fail

Hi all, anyone have problem calling with Cisco Unified Personal Communicator from outlook contact? 
I need to manipulate digit before call is sent to CUCM, but i don't know if possible and how.
