[cisco-voip] unity connection (2.1) and phone view

hi all,

I am just trying to set up CUCM6.1-BE, and have configure the VM user to have phone view, I followed the guide from ciscounitytools.com and the ASR is working as I can send voice commands, like 'play messages', forward, call. etc. but if I say 'show messages' UC doesn't understand the command. anyone else come across this? or any tips?
