[cisco-voip] Question on the most popular versions of CallManager out there

At CIPTUG this year the poll was most people were still on 4.1.3.  Some new
deployments of 5.1.  consensus was that most where waiting for 6.1 to
upgrade to.  a Few were going to upgrade to 4.3 then to 7.x
