[cisco-voip] CUE - Shorten Header when retrieving messages

Is there a way to shorten the wording that the subscriber hears from Unity
Express when retrieving messages?  The complaint is that you have to hear
too much stuff before you get to the actual message.  They would also like
to see the details on the phone as they are listening to the message rather
than hearing them through the handset.

I know in Unity you can shorten the conversation to streamline listening to
messages.
