[cisco-voip] Cisco Desktop Agent Wrap up data

My management wants to track the frequency of types of calls we receive
to our call center.  I would like to implement some kind of feature
using Cisco Desktop Agent that when they finish a call it will open a
pop-up with about 30 different possibilities to what the call was about,
as well as populate a db of some sort so that we can run reports on it
if possible.  If anyone has a guide or knows how to do this it would be
greatly appreciated.
